1. drink more water
2. watch your oil intake.. i used to take lots of oil not realizing i was getting fatter although my other eating habits were really good
3. try things like falafel (chickpeas)
4. no consumption of sugar. turn everything around and see if there are high sugars. avoid
5. move. dance.. jump... run ... cycle
6. less fatty meats
7. less carbs like rice, pasta etc.
8. no or very little alcohol if at all

All of this is amazing to lose weight. One thing that helped me also is keep a positive attitude and I had to stop using the scale because I thought I wasn’t losing any weight but when I started measuring myself I noticed I lost a lot of fat
